Submissions on the draft 2009/2010 draft Budget will be considered at the ordinary meeting to be held on 21 July 2009.

WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS - CLOSING DATE

Any person may make a written submission to the Council by 12 noon on Friday 17 July 2009 in accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 in relation to any proposal in the Proposed Budget. Submissions should be addressed to:
