About the Role:

Working within our Operations & Infrastructure department, the Coordinator Operational Services oversees three of Council’s operational teams. This includes staff management, Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures, heavy fleet management, management of the depot facilities, fire prevention and safety, and organisation of applicable training.

This position requires experience in managing and leading teams, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the organisation of complex daily works programs, including contingency and longer term planning.
