Ride to Remember
The 11th Annual GRAMPIANS “Ride to Remember” 2019 will be held on Sunday 3rd February.
The 195km Ride is a green corridor event and is open to all licensed motorcycle enthusiasts, and will be conducted under police escort to maximize safety and to minimize disruption to other road users.
The Ride will start in Barkly St, Ararat adjacent to the Ararat RSL (Registration Area) at 9am sharp and travel on all sealed roads through the rural countryside within the Ararat Rural City and Pyrenees Shire Council municipalities. The Ride takes in roads along the fringes of magnificent Grampians National Park and travels through the townships of Willaura, Wickcliffe and stops at Lake Bolac (Morning Tea – 45 minutes) then continues onto Streatham and Raglan taking in the popular Eurambeen Rd and across to Elmhurst before heading back to Ararat for a relaxing BBQ in the Alexandra Gardens. The Ride route will take in some spectacular scenery including both the Challicum Hills and Ararat Wind Farms.
REGISTRATION: $30 each for Riders and Pillions and includes a complimentary Barbecue Luncheon Pass, a Show-bag with the 2019 Commemorative GRAMPIANS “Ride to Remember” Badge and complimentary bottled water which will be handed out following the event.

The GRAMPIANS “Ride to Remember” is hosted by the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation – Ararat Branch with all proceeds from the 2019 event going towards vital medical facilities and equipment for East Grampians Health Service (Ararat Hospital).
Importantly, the 2019 Ride perpetuates the memory of Victoria Police who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
