The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C34 to the Ararat Planning Scheme.
The Amendment came into operation on the date this notice is published in the Government Gazette. (3 December 2015)
The amendment will update the Ararat Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) and enable implementation of the Ararat Sustainable Growth Future (SGF) Strategy, adopted in February 2014 and the MSS Review 2014.
