Local business owners and entrepreneurs can learn how to expand their online presence at a free workshop in Ararat this month, Taking Your Business Online.

Hosted by Business Victoria's Duncan Vincent, the three-hour workshop offers a comprehensive overview of digital technologies and how they impact modern businesses, as well as insights into understanding digital markets, assessing risks, and developing competitive online strategies.

The session will guide participants through the process of creating an effective website designed for business success, as well as cover essential planning aspects, including hardware and software considerations, and safeguarding online operations. 

Participants will also learn how to leverage social media and email marketing to grow their online business and customer connections.
