Food scraps and garden clippings no longer need to be wasted in your general rubbish! Instead, they can be recycled when you put them into your green garden organics bin. You can freeze smelly foods (like meat, bones and seafood) or wrap them in newspaper before placing them directly into your organics bin.
Remember - plastics or faeces DO NOT go in this bin! Even regular plastic bags labelled as 'biodegradable' will not be accepted.
