Campaign Donation Returns - Publication of summary of returns on the internet

Section 306 of the Local Government Act 2020 states that within 40 days after election day, a person who was a candidate in the election must give an election campaign donation return to the Chief Executive Officer.

The Chief Executive Officer must ensure that a summary of election campaign donation return is made available on Council's Internet website of the Council until the entitlement date for the next general election.
