Payment Options

You can pay for our services in a number of ways. These may vary depending on the payment you need to make.

Currently, Council offer the following:

• Payment in person at our Municipal Office - 59 Vincent Street, Ararat
• Credit card payment over the phone with the Customer Service team
• Via Council's Greenlight online portal for Building and Planning services
• Credit card payment online for select services. List of services will expand in the near future.
   

Refunds

Refunds will be provided where a payment has been made in error, including accounts that have been overpaid, subject to the specific eligibility requirements and refund procedures applicable to each Council service.

All refunds will be released at Council's discretion, please contact us on (03) 5355 0200 to discuss further with the relevant service.
