Ready to get your hands dirty, learn the ropes and build a career that actually builds things? Council is on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Civil Construction Trainee to join our Infrastructure team.
This is your chance to gain real-world experience while working towards a Certificate III in Civil Construction. You’ll be part of the team helping deliver, maintain and renew Council’s civil infrastructure assets, from roads to drainage to concreting and associated works.
In This Role You Will:
- Assist with the construction, maintenance and repair of roads, drainage, concrete and associated infrastructure assets.
- Undertake labouring and operational duties to support Council’s works programs.
- Learn the safe use and operation of plant, equipment, tools and vehicles.
- Attend training, study and workplace learning activities as part of the traineeship.
