A Foyer Cozy Concert

Filipino-Australian singer-songwriter Hemlock Wilde makes whimsical music characterised by vivid lyricism and otherworldliness. Their songs tell stories about lost aliens, forbidden fruit, and catastrophic hubris. Their sound is an eclectic mix of contemporary and nostalgia, ranging from ethereal indie folk to piano and synth tunes inspired by the art pop of seventies and eighties.

After being accepted into Ballarat’s Be Hear Now 2025 program, designed to provide support and promotion for up and coming local musicians, Hemlock was able to release their debut single, Icarus. They have since performed on radio, at intimate live local gigs (Leavers Hotel, Main Bar, Kank Wolverang), and opened for Liz Stringer on her ‘To Survive’ tour.
