Streatham residents can now access a FREE Community Paramedic clinic, offering health support close to home for adults who need help to navigate the health system or stay on top of their wellbeing. This drop-in service is delivered by Grampians Community Health, with no appointment needed.
At the clinic, the community paramedic can ask you about your health, check your blood pressure and other assessments, talk through any services you already use, and provide referrals to primary care and community supports. They can also help you set health goals, understand medications, and provide health education to keep you well, active and out of hospital.
Clinic dates are:
- 24 July from 1-3pm
- 7 August from 1-3pm
- 4 September from 1-3pm
