Ararat Show Returns: Community Invited to Celebrate
Ararat Rural City Council is pleased to share that the Ararat Show will go ahead this year, inviting residents and visitors to come together for a memorable day of fun, tradition, and community connection.
The Ararat Show has long held a special place in the heart of our district, bringing people of all ages together to celebrate rural life, agricultural displays, and entertainment for the whole family.
Donna Dunmore, Secretary of the Ararat Show Society, said, “We’re absolutely delighted the Show is going ahead this year. Our volunteers and supporters have worked hard to bring together an event that’s welcoming for everyone, and we really hope people come along and have a wonderful time.”
Council CEO Dr Tim Harrison said, “The Ararat Show is an occasion where we can share in what makes our region unique. We encourage everyone to come along.”
The Ararat Show will take place at R.T. White Raceway, Blake Street, Ararat
- Sunday, 26 October 2025 from 9:30am – 4:30pm
- Adults $10
- Child (6-16) $5
- Child under 5 – free

- Rachel Samsonenko on board, as a ‘Special Guest Judge’ who will Judge alongside our Ring 1 Judge, Lee Purchase, for the OTT Classes
- Outback Jack and his team for doing three Stockman Shows during the day

- Fair Dinkum Fauna
- Show Day Rides All Day
- Floristry, handicrafts, plants, fruit and veggie, preserves, photography, home industries, art and kids' competitions
