Kickstarter Grant Helps Track Home Loans And Real Estate Put Down Roots In Ararat

Ararat Rural City Council is pleased to announce the latest recipient of its Kickstarter grant program, with Tracey Thomson opening Track Home Loans | Real Estate at 122 Barkly Street, Ararat.

Tracey Thomson is an experienced mortgage broker and fully licensed real estate agent, offering clients a complete property and finance service. With mortgage broking at the heart of her business, Tracey can assist clients with everything from securing the right home loan through to buying or selling property, providing a personalised approach to the entire property journey

After years operating in Horsham, she has expanded into Ararat, offering a personalised service that brings together property and finance. Clients can receive assistance with buying or selling a home, sourcing a suitable property, and coordinating finance.

The Kickstarter grant will support marketing activities to introduce the business to the local community and let people know the Barkly Street office is open.

Ararat Rural City Council Mayor Cr Bob Sanders said it was pleasing to welcome an experienced business operator to the municipality. “Tracey brings a wealth of experience in property and home lending, and it is wonderful to see her choose Ararat as the next step for her business,” Cr Sanders said. “Opening an office is a significant commitment. Through the Kickstarter grant, we are pleased to support Tracey as she introduces her services to local customers and builds connections in our community.

“Every business brings something different to our shopping precinct, and Track Home Loans and Real Estate is another welcome addition to Barkly Street.”

Mrs Thomson said the atmosphere of Ararat’s main street had helped make the decision to open a local office an easy one. “I love how busy Barkly Street is. There is a lovely atmosphere, and I am excited to be opening the doors here and becoming part of the community,” Mrs Thomson said. “My business has grown through referrals and word of mouth, and those relationships mean a great deal to me. I take the time to understand what each client needs, whether that is finding a home, selling a property, or arranging finance.

“The Kickstarter grant will help me get the word out that I am here and open for business. I am looking forward to meeting people, building local relationships, and making a contribution to the Ararat community.”
