Procurement Strategy 2026-2031

Council at its meeting held on Tuesday 30 June 2026 adopted its Procurement Strategy 2026-2031.

The Strategy sets out how Council will use procurement to deliver value for money, strengthen governance and probity, support local economic participation, embed social and environmental outcomes, and improve oversight across the procurement lifecycle. 

It aligns with Council’s legislative obligations under the Local Government Act 2020, Council’s Procurement Policy and broader strategic priorities including the Community Vision 2035 and Council Plan 2025–2029.
