General Rubbish Skips For Moyston and Elmhurst in May 2026

Ararat Rural City Council will open the Moyston and Elmhurst transfer stations for a short time next month for residents wanting to dispose of extra household general waste.

The operating hours will be:

Elmhurst Transfer Station 
•    Saturday May 2 and Saturday May 9 
•    10am to 1pm

Moyston Transfer Station
•    Saturday May 16 and Saturday May 23
•    10am to 1pm

Skips will be provided for the general waste only – no green waste, metal or recycling.
